5. Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the dispatch and delivery of products purchased on voltmonk.com. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms described below.
5.1 Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 working days of order confirmation. Order confirmation is sent to your registered email address upon successful payment. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day.

5.2 Shipping Coverage
VoltMonk currently ships to the following regions:
All major cities and towns across India.
Serviceable pin codes as supported by our logistics partners.
Remote or restricted areas may have extended delivery timelines — you will be notified at the time of order.
5.3 Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:
South India (AP, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala): 3–5 working days.
Other metros and major cities: 5–7 working days.

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics partner delays, natural calamities, strikes, or other circumstances beyond VoltMonk's control. VoltMonk shall not be liable for delays caused by such events.
5.4 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. VoltMonk reserves the right to revise shipping charges at any time without prior notice. For bulk or commercial orders, shipping charges will be communicated separately.
5.5 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and logistics partner details will be sent to your registered email address and/or mobile number. You can use this information to track your shipment on the logistics partner's website.
5.6 Damaged or Incorrect Shipment
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, tampered with, or contains an incorrect product, you must:
Refuse to accept the delivery at the doorstep if the package is visibly damaged.
Report the issue to VoltMonk within 48 hours of delivery at info@voltmonk.com or 8885343610.
Provide photographic or video evidence of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging.
VoltMonk will investigate and arrange a replacement or re-shipment of the correct product at no additional cost to the customer, subject to verification. No cash refund will be issued for incorrect or damaged shipments — replacement will be the sole remedy.
5.7 Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, the logistics partner will make up to 2 additional attempts. If all attempts fail, the product will be returned to VoltMonk's warehouse. Re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch, and no refund will be issued for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
