4.1 General Return Policy

VoltMonk does not accept returns once a product has been delivered and accepted by the customer. Our products are high-value electrical and electronic goods that are tested and verified before dispatch. Returns will not be accepted for:

Products that have been used, installed, or powered on.

Products with missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation.

Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price.

Products that were correctly delivered as per the order specifications.

Subjective dissatisfaction, change of mind, or preference for a different model.

4.2 Exception: Manufacturing Defect

The only exception to this no-return policy is a confirmed manufacturing defect — damage conclusively determined to have occurred during the manufacturing process, not during transit, installation, or use. In such cases:

Customer reports the defect within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photo/video evidence.

VoltMonk's technical team verifies the defect is a manufacturing fault.

VoltMonk arranges pickup of the defective unit at no charge to the customer. <!-- [if !supportLists]-->A replacement unit or refund will be issued after verification, within 7–10 working days.

In case of Damaged product received replacement/exchange product will be delivered within 7-15 business days.

Incase of any refund is approved it will take 5 to 7 business days to get credited to your original payment method.

4.3 Transit Damage

If the product packaging appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, the customer must refuse to accept the delivery and immediately inform VoltMonk at info@voltmonk.com or 8885343610. Acceptance of a visibly damaged package will be considered the customer's acceptance of the product condition.
